
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet Sakura Agar

- 1 can of rambutan

- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 8 small jars with lid

PREPARATION:
- Extract the juice from the can, you will get 1 1/2 cup juice.
- Cut rambutan into thin pieces and place into the jar

- In a small pot, dissolve together agar, rambutan, water, and sugar. Bring to boil ( while stirring constantly)
- Pour the agar into the jar
- Leave to cool then put them into the refrigerator
