
Most of the swiss rolls i made use the whole egg method, i tried using the other way, beating the egg seperately, but the cakes did not turn out right.The recipe is adapted from Yochana's cake delight. For the better taste, i put into the batter 2tbsp rum and 1tsp baking powder. This swiss roll goes better with whipped cream than butter cream, i also added chopped strawberry....yum yum.
This is the leftover one......my little cousin messed all up before i took the pix.
