INGREDIENTS:
*For the cake:
- 500gr grated cassava
- 200gr coconut milk
- 100gr sugar
- 75gr tapioca starch
- 25gr rice flour
- 1tsp vanilla
- pandan paste and yellow, red food coloring
- 200gr grated coconut
*For topping
- 50gr roasted sesame seeds,2tsp salt,1tsp sugar mix together

PREPARATION:
- mix cassava, coconut milk, sugar, tapioca starch,vanilla and rice flour together in large bowl
- Divide the batter into 3 equal portions
- Add in pandan paste, yellow and red color into each portion and mix well.

- Spead thinly ( around 0.5cm thick)into the mold and steam for 15 minutes or until the cake turn clear

- Leave to cool, take out of the mold and cut into small long sticks
- Mix the sticks with grated coconut
- Topped with sesame seeds when served
