By slightly using the same ingredients and method from gluten rice ball in ginger syrup, fried gluten rice ball tastes deliciously different. This kind of snack should be served cool as it gets more crunchy.
+For the cover:
-1 pack of gluten flour
-2tablespoon sugar
-1 tsp salt
-1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup water(approx.)
- 1/2 cup seasame seed
- oil for deep fry

+For the mung bean filling: using the same ingredients and process as gluten rice ball in ginger syrup recipe

- Preheat the oil in a meadium pot
- Mix gluten flour+sugar+baking powder+salt together in a medium mixing bowl
- Gradually add in water and knead well until it forms a smooth and elastic ball
- The next steps of filling the mung bean are done the same way as gluten rice ball in ginger syrup
- Roll the gluten ball in seasame seed until it's fully covered
- Deep fry the ball in hot oil until it turn yellow
